We hand make & sell a variety of quality chilli products including sauces, marinades, preserves & powders using some of the worlds hottest chillies. All are gluten free & none of my products contains any Chilli extracts, thickeners, gums or artificial preservatives. All natural – just how we like it!
As well as the cooking – I also grow a variety of Chillies in a polytunnel at my allotment, including the Habanero, the 7 pot & the worlds hottest Chilli – the Carolina Reaper. I also grow many of the other ingredients included in my products – one of which “PEAR” recently won an award at the UK Chilli sauce awards (Superhot category)
Since i started in trading in November 2017, I have traded at the North East Chilli festival in Blyth, The SummerTyne Americana festival at the Sage in Gateshead, the EE callcentres in North Tyneside, & Tempest breweries own Oktoberfest in Tweedbank. Most weekends you can find me setup at Tynemouth market (Tynemouth Metro station) on the west platform.
